MUDG also uses TWIPLA. TWIPLA is a website analytics service that measures traffic on our website and collects general information from our website visitors. We create statistics to improve the experience of our website visitors. We never use cookies for this purpose. As a website operator using TWIPLA to conduct reach measurement, depending on the level of data protection we have activated, we may process information about the device you are using and its characteristics, information about technical characteristics of the website visit, the number of page visits and statistically relevant behavior of our website visitors. The technology does not use the collected data to identify individual visitors or to match the data with additional information about an individual user. Depending on the location from which you access our website, TWIPLA may not collect any information about the device you are using due to our technical settings.

Note that MUDG does not have the capability to access the complete details of any payment method used during the transaction, nor does MUDG personally maintain any records of stored payment methods. Responsibility for the security and proper use of any payment method utilized during checkout rests solely with the cardholder or account owner.

MUDG expressly disclaims any liability for unauthorized, illegal, or fraudulent use of payment methods.

8.2 Refunds and Returns

In the event that an order is returned in accordance with our Return Policy, MUDG will initiate a refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Alternatively, at the customer's discretion, the refund may be converted into store credits or a similar form of value, which can be used for future purchases on our platform. It is our priority to ensure that the refund process is smooth and customer-centric, offering flexibility in how your refund is received.

9. Returns and Refunds

At MUDG, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer returns on all orders worldwide, adhering to the following guidelines:

Condition of Items: Items must be unworn and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date, with only one return allowed per order.
Return Responsibility: We do not cover any shipping costs associated with returns. MUDG is not liable for any lost, damaged, or similar occurrences during the return transit. Customers are responsible for the full cost and logistics of returning the order.
Initiating a Return: Reach out to our support channel at hello@mudg.se to obtain the return address and initiate the return process.
Exchange Policy: We do not offer exchanges; only full refunds are provided for returned items.
Swedish Customers: Eligible for a prepaid return label.
Return Requirements: Ensure your return meets the specified criteria and initiate the return request within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned items within 1-2 business days. If the return meets all requirements, a refund will be initiated, which may take up to 10 business days depending on your chosen payment method.
